Donut
1 egg
Warm milk 1/2 cup (120 ml)
Instant dry yeast 1/2 tbsp (5 g)
Sugar 2 tbsp (25 g)
All-purpose flour 2 cups (260 g)
Salt 1/2 tsp
Room temperature butter 2 tbsp (30 g)

Vanilla Custard Cream
3 egg yolks
Sugar 1/4 cup (50 g)
All-purpose flour 2 tbsp (20 g)
Warm milk 1 cup (250 ml)
Butter 1 tbsp (15 g)
Vanilla extract 1 tsp

Oil to fry donuts
Sugar to coat the donut

*Temperature of the oil should be about 180°C (356°F)*
