Fudge Brownie without Oven | 5 Minutes! Easy Microwave Chocolate Brownie

5 min Fudge Brownie (No oven) Microwave Chocolate Brownie

All-purpose flour 3/4 cup (90 g)
Salt 1/4 tsp
Baking powder 1/4 tsp
Dark chocolate (in chunks) 1/2 cup (90 g)
Butter 1/4 cup (60 g)
Water 2 tbsp (30 ml)
Unsweetened cocoa powder 2 tbsp(15 g) Sugar 1 cup (200 g)
2 eggs
Vanilla extract 1 tsp

(I used 10 x 6 inch mold / 750W microwave)

1) Mix the flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl
2) Melt the chocolate, butter and water in the microwave for 1 minute
3) Mix the melted chocolate with the cocoa powder, sugar, eggs and vanilla
4) Mix all ingredients together
5) Oil or butter a mould (suitable for the microwave) and line with baking paper
6) Pour everything into the mould
7) Cook in the microwave for 5 minutes
(4 minutes to 5 minutes 30 seconds depending on power)
8) Let it cool

** To cut perfectly let the brownies cool in the pan to room temperature (~ 2 hours), then cut **
