Exclusive Details on the RADIAN RAPTOR 61!!

So yesterday, I light-heartedly made a quick commentary video about the new Astrobackyard signature scope made by Radian Telescopes, and how suspiciously similar to the Sharpstar 61EDPH II telescope it is. Well, shortly after it became public, I was contacted by Dustin, CEO of OPT, the maker and seller of Radian Telescopes, and had a long phone conversation with him about the details of the new Radian Raptor Telescope - I got a wide range of information on the telescope, even though I know it's still probably not enough for a lot of people. In the end, I think only real-world tests will help us there!

Some more remarks/unknowns in addition to the video, based on further feedback on my previous video:
- Would be interesting to know more about the connection of the focuser to the focus knob, and whether slipping is properly avoided.
- A remark about the fact that declutching the focuser can have risks since you may then need to reset your min/max - the focuser could run into a the focuser limit and do damage. The EAF just beeps and stops, but I don't know the behavior of the Optec (although I'd assume we'd see slippage before damage)
- Why did the release hype the "signature" aspect of the scope as something unique and homemade rather than being more forthcoming about its affiliation? I understand and agree that ideally we'd like to be informed about the affiliation to another telescope - and that's why I made this video! At the same time a scope, even rebranded, has the right to stand on its own merits and what it brings to the table to answer a customer need (even if that need is mostly answered by another scope it is based on). And then I've seen that in so many industries from tech to automobile (Nissan Moco vs Suzuki) to photography (some Pentax lenses being a rebrand of Tamron, but advertised as Pentax for instance) so I'm kind of blase about this by now. And I understand that a brand wants to sell their product, and advertising it as a rebrand will hurt that. So I'm very ambivalent about this...
