Mansa Mata Shakti Peeth is a mysterious and powerful Shakti Dham located inside a cave in the Aravali hills of Khoh village, Udaipurwati Tehsil, Jhunjhunu district (Rajasthan). This divine place is around 125 km from Jaipur and 61 km from Sikar.

Khoh village to Mansa Mata temple distance is about 4–5 km, and the entire route passes through dense forest and rocky hills, making the journey adventurous and spiritual. During the monsoon season, the area transforms into a scenic paradise with flowing rainwater streams, lush greenery, and natural beauty.

The temple is built inside a cave, where the garbhagriha is carved from the hill itself. Inside the sanctum, three idols are present, but the main idol is a tiny finger-sized form of Mansa Mata, placed at a height and not clearly visible from outside. It is believed that Mansa Mata appeared by splitting the mountain, making her a Swayambhu (self-manifested) form.

According to legend, when the Goddess emerged with a loud roar, villagers got frightened, so Mata manifested herself in a small finger-sized form. Devotees believe that Mansa Maa fulfills every sincere wish (Manokamna) of her bhakts.

After fulfillment of wishes, devotees offer Dal-Churma Bhog, and the temple provides complete facilities to prepare prasad. The temple complex also houses Shiv Panchayat and Languriya Bhairav, and it is believed that Bhairav darshan is essential after Mata darshan.

Behind the temple, there is an anicut and natural kunds which remain filled with water throughout the year and are used for drinking purposes. Surrounded by forest, the area is home to black monkeys and wild animals, which sometimes enter the temple premises at night.

Mansa Mata is worshipped as Kashyap Rishi’s daughter, Manas Putri of Lord Shiva, Naga Mata, Vish Devi, and sister of Nagraj Vasuki. She is also known by many names such as Vishahari, Jagatgauri, Nageshwari, Vaishnavi, Shaivi, Astikmata, and more.
