Ingredients & Costing:

500grams Bihon - 30 pesos (Isang pack lang po yung nilagay ko )

Palabok SauceSauce:
Giniling - worth 50 pesos
1 cup cornstarch - 4.125
3 cloves garlic - 1 peso
1 whole sibuyas - 2 pesos
1 tbsp atsuete or annatto seeds - 50 centavos
2 tbsp tinapa powder - 96 centavos
2 cups chicharon - 15.36 pesos (optional yung 2 cups, much better yung 1 1/2 cup lang)
2 shrimp cubes - 14 pesos
1 pork cubes - 6.5 pesos
1/8 cup mantika - 2.pesos
2 liters water - 2.5 pesos
salt and pepper to taste - 1peso

Toppings:
1tbsp sesame oil - 30 centavos
Pork Kasim or Laman - worth 50 pesos
100 grams shrimp - 55 pesos (much better yung hubad na tpos medjo maliit lang)
dahon ng sibuyas - 5pesos
roasted bawang - 5pesos (depende sayo kung gaano kadami)
3 pcs egg - 18pesos
4pcs chicharon - 12 pesos

Packaging :
500ml microwaveable tub 12 x 4.9 = 58.8

Puhunan: 334 Pesos
Bentahan: 70 to 100 Pesos
Tubo: 506 to 866 Pesos
