Landscape Photography looking for inspiration at Harrop Tarn. Harrop Tarn is located North of the National Lake District. My scariest photography experienced to date!

Whilst looking for inspiration I get scared, very scared. During filming close to the edge of the lake I suddenly realised I was actually stood on intertwined grass that was floating on the surface. I found this out when my tripod legs sunk, sunk and sunk again whilst I was trying to firm it up. Gulp!

I soldiered on but if I said it didn't bother me I'd be lying. It was scarier afterwards I realised the perilous position I had put myself in.

I survived unscathed and the images were fantastic. I'm not 100% sure I would do it again but as they say, no pain no gain :)
