Joshua Mountain Summit - Joshua Tree National Park

This video describes the route we took to climb Joshua Mountain the way we found it on 1-16-2018. This short but challenging climb is 3.5 miles round trip and took us 3.5 hours to complete. The total elevation gained was 1290 feet and some scrambling is necessary to reach the summit. There is a 160 foot high wall on the south side of the mountain. I forgot my trusty Nikon on this hike so this is shot with a Samsung galaxy phone. Much harder to make good videos on a phone than with my camera.
