Cheap upgrade for a manual tire changer

In preparation for mounting tires on my new wheels I went ahead and got a manual tire changer from Harbor Freight and modified it to hopefully be easier and safer for the wheels. With a few tools this should make mounting tires on nice alloys trivial. For under $200 you could have a tool that will pay for itself over and over again.
