How to Track AJAX forms with Google Tag Manager (in 2020)

In this video, you’ll learn how to track AJAX forms with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. Why do you need to know that? Here’s a situation:

You are dealing with the form that cannot be tracked with a built-in Form Submission trigger in GTM. Also, that form has no “Thank you” page.

If that’s your case, there is a high chance that you’re dealing with an AJAX form. Once submitted, it just displays a “Thank you” message and that’s it.

By default, Google Tag Manager cannot track such forms but with some little tweaks, that is definitely possible.

In this video I will show you a step-by-step process on how to track AJAX forms with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. Once the form is submitted, you’ll automatically send an event to GA. Awesome, right?
