60 Day Health Challenge | Let’s Protect Our Bodies!

Hey Ya'll! Are you protecting your bodies as much as you're protecting your hair? I know I'm NOT! It's for this reason that I want to get serious about my health and make sure that my body is as healthy as my hair strands. With that said, I'm doing a 60 Day Health Challenge to challenge myself to get my health all the way together and to lose weight at the same time (this is not a challenge to specifically lose weight but I am looking forward to losing weight😉). Sometimes I eat hot fries (the big bag) for breakfast, lunch and sometimes dinner and that's just not okay 😞. I'm making this a public challenge because I need to be held accountable forreal forreal.
