I’m showing you 3 ways to get off the floor without holding onto anything
Each one challenges your legs, core, balance, and coordination in a different way.

Most people avoid this… until they need it.
Let’s flip that.

👉 Start with the version that feels safest
👉 Move slow and stay in control
👉 Focus on strength over momentum

Progression:
Use less hands → slow it down → smoother, more controlled reps

Regression:
Use one hand → add a pillow/elevated surface → break it into steps

🚨 Safety tip:
Have something nearby the first few times. No need to risk it.
