Analysis: Azerbaijan, Turkey win from Nagorno-Karabakh ceasefire

Russia has brokered a peace deal to end six weeks of fighting between Azerbaijan and Armenia over the disputed Nagorno-Karabakh region. FRANCE 24’s international affairs editor Philip Turle says Armenia was in a corner, having lost the strategic town of Shusha in the days prior.
