Lumpia Recipe
Spring Roll wrappers- 2 packages (not egg roll wrappers, too thick!)
3lbs ground beef
2-3 celery stalks- chopped
2-3 carrot sticks-chopped
1 onion- chopped
2 eggs
1/4 soy sauce or liquid aminos
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 1/4 tbsp Lawry's
combine all ingredients, add heaping tablespoon mixture to bottom of wrapper, spread about a fingers thickness to the edges, roll, seal seam with little bit of water, & cut in half
you can pan fry them but I brushed mine with oil and baked @ 450 for 20 minutes :)
