1971 Dodge Dart 470 Stroker Street Legal Race Car

Rick first acquired this 1971 Dodge Dart Swinger in 2012, threw a 318 engine paired with a 727 TorqueFlite transmission in it and enjoyed the Mopar for few years. Unfortunately, going through a divorce, Rick had to let her go, but she found her way back home in 2017.

Rick and his new wife Sharma were huge Mopar fans and own quite a few nice examples. When the 1971 Dodge Dart came back in their possession they named it "Olive" and decided to take her to the 2017 Drag Week event. In less than a week Olive became a street legal 10-second car powered by a naturally aspirated 470 Stroker and a single stage of Nitrous "just in case"

Dressed with Promax heads and 1050 Holley Dominator carburetor, the 1971 Dodge Dart engine kicks in over 675 horsepower to the wheels. The power is sent through 727 trans reverse manual valve body paired with the 8 ¾ rear end that hosts a 391 full spool with Mosier Axles. While Rick enjoys Olive on the streets of Oklahoma, Sharma likes to take her to the race track.
