Dahi Tadka | Dahi Curry Recipe | Chef Harish | Punjab Da Tadka

How about having tempered, tasty and delicious Yogurt as an accompaniment with your main course?

Chef Harish demonstrates this easy to cook recipe of Dahi Tadka. Where yogurt is tempered with green chilies, coriander and other spices

Ingredients

Yogurt 2 1/2 cups
Curry leaves 5-6
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon
Copped Green chilies 2
Fresh coriander leaves 2 tablespoons
Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
Red chili powder 1/4 teaspoon
Oil 2 tablespoons
Salt to taste
Method

Heat oil in a non-stick pan; add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Slit green chilies, curry leaves and finely chop coriander leaves.
Reduce heat and add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and mix well.
Add yogurt and salt to taste
Mix and keep stirring yogurt for a while
Garnish with coriander leaves
