Repetitive Strain Injuries (RSI): Why Overuse Alone Is Not the Cause
Learn why repetitive strain injuries (RSI) are more than just an overuse injury.
Clinically, we know our hands and fingers are 100% designed to be used. We also know that the body adapts to the things we do. So there must be more to this equation than we immediately realize if use (or overuse) leads to pain.
Thankfully, there's something else to this puzzle that I think we miss/overlook... the neck.
