War Thunder - The T-80U Racecar

I absolutely adore this tank. It feels like a proper racecar compared to the other top tier MBT's. I think that's primarily due to how small the T-80 is compared to something like the Abrams or Leopard. Not only is this thing fast and small, but it has fantastic armor. The weak-spots are very tiny compared to other tanks you face, and at range, they are even more difficult to hit. It is also equipped with a 6.5 second auto-loader, which is both a good and a bad thing. Other tanks have much faster auto-loaders, or can just outright reload faster than you simply due to high crew skill. However, it does mean you suffer no penalty if you lose one of your crew members, which is a wonderful luxury to have.

This tank excels at long range engagements, because its' weakspots are made much harder to hit, and the zoom on the optics are to die for. However, I love playing this thing like a lunatic. Using the speed and low profile to just rush into the front lines makes for some of the most entertaining matches ever. While it is risky, and definitely doesn't work a lot of the time, it feels wonderful when it does work out.

(I was lucky enough to unbox the Thunder League camouflage for this tank, which makes it 𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘶𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘭𝘰𝘰𝘬 like a racecar too! It fits perfectly with how this tank feels!)
