Packing Your Race Ruck - Ranger School Prep

This is our most requested video. How do I pack for rucking. I call this a race ruck because it's not meant to be opened up and you won't be stopping if you're maintaining a 15 minute mile anyway.

Just load it up, compress it down and run for 12 miles.
