One of the most recognizable vocals of anime songs, IMO :P

nano.RIPE currently is a duo composed by Kimiko (vocal) and Jun Sasaki. Both members play the guitar and compose the songs, but it's Kimiko who writes the lyrics and sings the vocals - the two were the founding members of the band. nano.RIPE was an indie band from 1998 to 2010, when they signed to Lantis, and their major debut single was used in a promotional video for Hanasaku Iroha. Ever since, they have been making plenty of anime songs. In late 2016, bassist Nobuyuki Abe and drummer Yūki Aoyama left the band - sadly Aoyama passed away on Aug/2018.

Ambos tocam guitarra e compõem as músicas, mas é Kimiko que escreve as letras e canta as canções - os dois foram os membros fundadores da banda. nano.RIPE foi uma banda indie de 1998 até 2010, quando eles assinaram um contrato a Lantis, e o seu grande single de lançamento foi utilizado num vídeo promocional para Hanasaku Iroha. Desde então, várias de suas músicas se tornaram anime songs. No fim de 2016, o baixista Nobuyuki Abe e o baterista Yūki Aoyama deixaram a banda - tristemente Aoyama faleceu em agosto de 2018.
