3. 3:20 - Adjust the value of the house you like by adding or subtracting value based upon what makes it FAB. FAB = Features, Amenities, and Benefits Knowing this will guide with how much can you negotiate on a house!

4. 5:20 - Craft your offer with your trusted real estate advisor and review together the items to negotiate when buying a house!

5. 8:04 - Know how the seller can respond to your offer. Getting clear on this upfront will help keep your emotions in check when negotiating real estate!

6. 9:46 - ALWAYS keep your budget in mind. Don't shop for homes more than your loan pre-approval amount. In the case of cash, be sure to shop within your budget!

7. 11:31 - Be reasonable and open-minded during your real estate negotiation!

8. 13:55 - Understand what makes the real estate market TIC! TIC = Trends, Indicators, and Conditions. This is perhaps of one the most important real estate negotiation tips you'll ever learn! How the market is TIC'ing will impact how best to write your offer!
