Luke heads to Hixton, Wisconsin to visit a family farm of a different color. At Superior Fresh’s state of the art facility Luke gets a personal tour from President Gottsacker who introduces Luke to new methods of farming that produce high-quality organic greens and top-of-the-line atlantic salmon that are both economically and ecologically sound. Luke finishes the day by putting the salmon and greens to the test.
