How to make sun-dried tomatoes in the Air Fryer | Marinated in extra virgin olive oil

This homemade sun-dried tomatoes recipe is super easy to make in the air fryer and irresistibly delicious.
Because the recipe has very few ingredients, be sure you have good quality sun-dried tomatoes—organic is preferable—and a good quality extra virgin olive oil as the oil infuses the tomatoes with flavor, so the better the quality the better taste they'll have.

Tips: Sun-dried tomatoes stored in oil are shelf-stable until opened, but once you break the seal you'll need to store them in the refrigerator.
Sun-dried tomatoes preserved in oil keep their best quality for 1 year. Keep them in a cool and dry place. Make sure the jars are intact and the lids are not bulging. As long as no oxygen or moisture can reach the tomatoes, they should last very well.

I used the boiling water method to seal my jars. Time may vary depending on the size of the glass jars between 10 and 30 minutes.
