SCA Cookoff Gear List updated 2020

Here's the gear I believe is essential for a Steak Cookoff Association, SCA, Competition. Let's cook a Ribeye! Don't forget the following items. Goes without saying bring your grill! Don't forget the grill. Here's the gear list I use when I pack up for a competition. I always, almost always anyway, use a checklist when I pack. Highly recommend you do the same. Ok, now the list.....

Pop up and leg weights
Small Cooler with ice
1 Small folding table for preparation
1 Grill table
1 chair
1 HB Nomad 250 Pro, grill grates, 1-Chimney, 1 grill brushes, SCA Rack, Grill Grate Spatula + butter brush and Ash bucket
1 leather hot gloves
1 brick for chimney, don't want to burn the promotors parking lot asphalt
box latex gloves
1 set of white cotton gloves
String, tooth picks, elastic wraps, pins
1 roll paper towel
1 small box aluminum foil
1 can high temp spray oil / Duck Fat
2 Mora knives
2 Meat scissors
1 Comp clock
1 Big Loud Timer
1 Thermopen
2 Dots, spare batteries
1 Laser thermometer
1 can Clorox Wipes
1 Small rack, 1 medium rack
8 paper cutting boards
2 Trash bags
Wiping Towels + cleaning solution
1 Burn Kit
1 bag of charcoal
1 bag Wax Fire Starters
1 Lighter
4 Aluminum half pans
3 small aluminum butter pans
A few paper plate and plastic ware
1 gallon drinking water
6 gallon zip lock bags + 6 Quarts
Seasonings
Hand Sanitizer
Drinks, Food etc.
