Part Time BBQ + Hasty Bake Nomad 250 PRO + SCA + Dead Bird 180 what could go wrong?

Hasty Bake teamed up with The SCA (Steak Cookoff Association) on the design and badging of the Nomad 250 Pro. Solid collaboration and nice co-branding. The SCA is the hottest thing going in Competition Food Sports. Don't know about the SCA? Look them up.

I give walk around of the grill then cook a ribeye steak. Dead Bird 180 rubs were used to break in the grill. For the first cook I'd give the 250 Pro a 5 hot coal rating. Easy to set up and run. Enough working surface but not too much. This is a competition grill which is easy to transport. The build quality is solid. Not shown on the video is the second steak cook. Intentionally ran the grill with less charcoal to test a low temp cook. Both cooks went well. Zero hiccups, so that's nice on a new grill.
The Dead Bird 180 rubs are starting to rack up Grand Championships. I see the potential in the rubs.

B&B Lump Charcoal was burnt today. It has never let me down.
Thermoworks products, MK 4 Thermopen and a DOT were used to measure temperature. What can I say, if you don't know about them you should.
Duck Fat Spray was used to keep the lubed up on the new Grill Grates. Grill Grates take your steak presentation to the next level.
