Is there a connection between DR and pelvic floor dysfunction (PFD)?

In this video I address the potential connection between diastasis recti and pelvic floor dysfunction. The take-home message is that body parts don't exist in isolation; one area can (and often will) impact other areas!

Please note, this is general information and is NOT to be used as a substitute for medical evaluation and treatment. Always speak to a specialist for INDIVIDUALIZED advice based on your personal needs!
