“Menstrual hygiene is a matter of health and education,” says Raghav Chadha

Menstrual hygiene is more than a personal concern it’s a societal responsibility. Millions of girls in India miss school due to lack of sanitary pads, clean water and privacy. As AAP MP Chadha highlighted in the Rajya Sabha, turning a natural biological process into a social tⱥboo is a collective failure.

👉A Matter of Dignity
Access to menstrual hygiene is directly linked to health, education and equality. It’s not charity but it’s a right. Every girl deserves to manage her period with dignity, confidence and without shⱥme. When society ignores this, we compromise the very foundation of women’s empowerment.

👉Measuring True Progress
A nation can only call itself progressive when girls can attend school, speak openly about periods and live with dignity. Over 35 crore women and girls in India are affected—raising awareness is the first step.
