Fried Asam Prawn 煎阿三虾
Fried Asam Prawn
Ingredients:
600g prawn (remove the middle shell ,cut off the eyes part)
50g tamarind paste+50ml water (remove the seeds)
1/8tsp white pepper powder
few drops sesame oil
Seasoning:
salt to taste
1tbsp sugar
1/2tbsp dark soy sauce
5tbsp cooking oil
Method:
1. Marinate the prawns with tamarind paste, pepper powder and sesame oil. keep in chiller and leave it to marinate for an hour.
2.Pour cooking oil in hot pan, add in the marinated prawns. Fry the prawns until the tamarind marinate starts to dry out .
3.Add in the salt ,sugar and dark soy sauce, continue frying until the mixture begins to caramelise. And it is ready to serve!

具备酸,咸,甜的虾子味道超棒的,配饭的话绝对让你忍不住添饭啊
煎阿三虾
材料:

50克阿三膏+50毫升水(去掉籽)
1/8茶匙胡椒粉
几滴麻油
调味料:
盐适量
1汤匙糖
1/2汤匙黑酱油
5汤匙油
做法:
1.以阿三膏,胡椒粉和麻油将虾放入冰箱冷藏腌制1小时。
2.热油,倒入腌好的虾。将虾煎至开始收汁。
3.加入盐,糖和黑酱油,炒至完全收汁转浓。可以上菜啦!
