7 Scientific Reasons for Low Testosterone Levels in Men and 10 Ways to Increase Testosterone Levels. Low testosterone levels can be caused by many lifestyle factors including dietary choices, stress, sleep habits, and chemical exposures.

In this lesson, you will learn about 7 different lifestyle factors that can lead to decreased levels of testosterone and the mechanism by which these factors affects testosterone levels.

****PLEASE NOTE: This lesson is a VERY BASIC lesson on dietary, environmental and lifestyle factors that can lead to lower testosterone levels - some of these factors have only minors effects on testosterone levels. I also do not discuss the two main categories of hypogonadism (hypogonadotropic and hypergonadotropic). There are many, many more causes of hypogonadism (including genetic, endocrinological, medications/drugs, etc.) that I DO NOT discuss in this lesson.*****
