Salt Lake City had just endured hurricane force winds. Most of the city was without power for days...but babies still come when the power is out. When I arrived, Roselina was pushing. I only had a few minutes to set up what I could before baby would be born. Surrounded by her husband and children, Roselina birthed little Zoey in the water.
