The Best Mediterranean Shrimp
Today we are teaching you how to make a DELICIOUS 4 INGREDIENT Mediterranean Shrimp DONE IN 15 MINUTES FLAT!!!! It's is out of this world!!!

Ingredients:
1 LB Medium size shrimp (if you find it with head, buy it)
6 Garlic cloves, thinly sliced
2 to 3 Slices of Guindilla peppers (hot peppers low in spice scale - You may use red, seeded jalapeños) OR 1/2 teaspoons of Red pepper flakes.
2 Tbsp of chopped fresh flat leaf parsley
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp of Kosher salt
Crusty bread for dipping
Non-stick pan with a lid
Directions:
Peal and devein the shrimp (if they have the heads, set aside)
(Optional: squeezed the head juices into a small bowl and mix with a table spoon of olive oil)
Marinate the shrimp with a tbsp of olive oil and the salt
Heat oil to medium heat
Add half the garlic and the heads and shells
Cook slow for a few minutes (up to 10)
Remove shells, head and garlic.
Add the rest of the garlic and hot pepper and cook for 1 minute to infuse with flavor (don't let brown)
Add the marinated shrimp
Turn the shrimp after 1 minute and cook another minute.
Add the parsley, cover the pan and turn off the heat.
Cook covered with no heat another minute or two.
Pour in a bowl or clay pot with all the oil
Serve immediately with crusty bread
