Graduation day 2025 Sir MVIT

The Graduation cum Farewell Day was celebrated on 24th May 2025. The event was graced by Dr. Vidyashankar S., Vice Chancellor, Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi, as the Chief Guest. The ceremony was presided over by Sri V. Srinivasa Raju, President – Sri KET, in the esteemed presence of Sri L. K. Raju, Vice President – Sri KET; Sri Sanjay K. R., Secretary – Sri KET; Sri K. V. Sekhar Raju, Chairman – Academic Committee; other Hon’ble Trustees of Sri KET; and Prof. Rakesh S. G., the Principal. The programme began with the Academic Procession, followed by the Invocation, Lighting of the Lamp, and the Nadageethe. Prof. Rakesh S. G. delivered the Welcome Address and administered the Engineer’s Hippocratic Oath to the 36th graduating batch. A Farewell Address was delivered by Dr. K. S. Shanmukharadhya, Head, Department of Mechanical Engineering. Graduation certificates were awarded to branch toppers. In his keynote address, Dr. Vidyashankar S. emphasized the role of perseverance, the transformation in higher education through digital learning and AI tools and the importance of experiential and skill-based learning. He highlighted VTU’s reforms and congratulated the graduates and their parents for their achievements. The Chief Guest was felicitated by the Hon’ble Trustees of Sri KET. Graduating students shared emotional reflections on their academic journey, friendships, and growth at the institution. In his Presidential Address, Sri V. Srinivasa Raju encouraged students to dream big and pursue excellence through innovation, entrepreneurship, and research. He highlighted the Institution’s vision for societal impact and referred to the recent MoU with VTU aimed at enhancing academic excellence. He concluded by urging students to return as proud alumni and wished them success in all future endeavors
