kannadaaaa Romanchanavee… kannada Rajyotsava @ Sir MVIT The 50th Kannada Rajyotsava was celebrated at the institute on 1st November 2023. The festivities commenced with the flag-hoisting ceremony, followed by the rendition of the state anthem. The Principal, staff and students paid homage to the portrait of Goddess Bhuvaneshwari. This was followed by Karnataka’s special folk performances such as Dollu Kunitha and Veeragase. As part of the celebrations, a cultural program was presented by the students of Hongirana, the Kannada club. On this occasion, the campus was beautifully decorated with red & yellow colours. The Kannada Rajyotsava at the institute was not only a commemoration of Karnataka's glorious history but also a testament to the cultural diversity that makes the state truly unique.
