Super Easy Black Pepper Seafood Udon | Japanese Chow Mein | Japanese Noodle Recipe

Some of you might know that Roland and I just came back from a short vacation in Tokyo. That explains why we're so crazy about Japanese food recently because we are missing Japan so much. Here's a very simple stir fry noodle dish - Black Pepper Seafood Udon that I'm sure you will enjoy.

Ingredients:
Serves 4 - 6 pax

3 packets of udon
1 broccoli
200g of prawns - de-shelled & de-veined
200g of squid
3 cloves of garlic - chopped
1.5 pieces of red onion - sliced
1 carrot - shredded
Some choy sum
0.5 cup of water
2 tablespoons of premium oyster sauce
3 tablespoons of low sodium light soya sauce
1 tablespoon of dark soya sauce
1 tablespoon of grounded black pepper
0.5 tablespoon of sesame oil
