iPad Pro M2 Gaming - Call of Duty Mobile - High Graphics but Slow Lag Game Controller Response

This is an example of Call of Duty Mobile on the new Apple M2 iPad Pro 2022 specifically showing a common issues on all iPads when using the highest graphics settings in CoD.

When set to the highest render quality for the best graphic detail, the response for any attached game controller is laggy and slow.

The graphics settings here were set to Very High, which is the highest render quality and best detail. The frame rate was also set to Very High, which gives 60 FPS, which is the highest frame rate any iPad will do over HDMI (at the moment). So basically, the best video and graphics for CoD on the M2 iPad Pro when connected to an external HDMI monitor.

Here's my iPad Pro gaming setup for playing on an external monitor. This basically turns your iPad Pro, or other USB C enabled iPads, in to a game console. I call this console mode.

You don't need all the stuff I use, just the USB C hub and game controller are enough to get you playing in console mode on an external monitor or TV. The USB C hub will give you HDMI and Ethernet connections. For an iPad Pro this basically turns it in to a 4K 60 FPS gaming console.

While I'm now using the iPad Pro M2, the iPad Pro M1 and iPad Pro 2020 are just as good and are actually better than the M2 with certain functions on certain games. I've not used the 2018 iPad Pro but I'm going to imagine that it will also be great for gaming to an eternal monitor.

Basically, just replace my choice of iPad Pro for your own choice, even the other iPads with USB C will work, such as the iPad Mini 6th Gen, some of the Airs and the new iPad 10th Gen but these won't do 4K except for an M1 Air or any future iPad with an M processor.
