Metlatonin is a safe over the counter medication. It has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and anti-viral (other than COVID-19) effects. MATH+ protocol suggests melatonin to be given at almost all the stages of the disease. Here we discuss the synthesis and the mechanism of action of melatonin.
