Hey everyone! Hope you enjoy this video, as you can see I pretty much eat anything I fancy as long as it is within my numbers.I am currently eating around 1300 cals a day. I have added a link to a calorie deficit/surplus/maintain calculator below - it is so important to work out your own and not base it on other peoples. PANCAKE MIX:
50g vanilla protein powder
1 large very ripe banana
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 large eggs
*whisk egg whites separately, the yolk & all other ingredients in another bowl then fold egg whites in. Top pancakes with whatever you want!*

CHICKEN MARINADE:
250 grams fat free Greek yoghurt
4 tbsp tandoori curry powder
1 clove garlic finely grated
1 tbsp fresh ginger finely grated
½ lemon (squeeze juice in)
1 tsp dark soy sauce
½ tsp salt
*mix all together, cover your chicken and leave for a few hours*
