Each year one of the high points of the annual en-primeur festivities in Bordeaux is the Académie du Vins de Bordeaux Dinner at the Palais Rohan. This must surely be one of the best places in the world to taste old wines with large format bottles being donated directly from their cellars by the Chateau owners. This year all the wines tasted were from vintages ending in 5. here we see a fabulous Chateau Latour 1975 being served.
