I put a poll out on Instagram a couple months ago about who my followers liked watching the most on YouTube. At the time I wasn’t really doing YouTube but I was thinking about stepping it up. Essentially I wanted to see what the best guys were doing. I also wanted to see if there were any legit investors doing a large volume of transactions on while still dominating YouTube. I know firsthand that it’s not easy to run a company flipping 100+ homes a year and still produce good content. You only have so many hours in the day.

I got a bunch of recommendations such as Meet Kevin, Kris Krohn, and a few others. I started watching all of their videos to see what they were all about. Graham was the most interesting because he has the most subscribers out of everyone. His style was also very unique. Instead of trying to be flashy or talk about how great he was, he simply showed his true personality and was very transparent.

In his videos he talks about real estate, finance, living frugally, credit cards, and things he’s passionate about. I quickly realized that he’s not necessarily this great real estate investor. He’s bought properties and has done well, but his real expertise is on YouTube. I watched one of his videos about how much he makes on YouTube and it was staggering! YouTube accounted for the majority of his income. He made almost 10x more from YouTube than he does from Real Estate. That’s amazing!

I’m definitely not knocking him. I’m a big believer in doing the things that give you the best ROI. He realized that YouTube does that and he wisely went all in. After watching more of his videos I realized he had a course for YouTube. I ended up buying it for around $400. I was already sold on starting a YouTube channel after watching how much he’s made in a very short amount of time. To be able to learn how he does it for $400 is a no brainer.

I went through the course and I was super impressed. I learned a ton of tips and tricks on how to grow your channel. I learned about what topics to do videos on, how long to make the videos, the YouTube algorithm, and much more. Many of the things I do in my videos are because of his course. So I would highly recommend it if you’re trying to become a YouTuber.

Overall I enjoy watching Graham’s content. He doesn’t try to pretend to be something he is not. He is very transparent and it seems like he genuinely cares about helping others. I can get behind that.
