Papaya Smoothie✌🏻🥤
Kickstart your day with this refreshing and gut-friendly Papaya Smoothie!!✌🏻
🥤Packed with fiber, vitamins, and antioxidants, this smoothie is perfect for promoting good digestion and overall wellness!!💫
🥤Can be enjoyed as breakfast/ mid morning/ evening snack as per your choice.
✌🏻Ingredients:
🧋1 cup ripe papaya, diced
🧋2tbsp rolled oats, soaked for 1-2hrs or overnight in refrigerator
🥤2tsp soaked chia seeds
🧋Ice cubes
✌🏻Instructions:
1. Dice the ripe papaya and add it to your blender.
2. Add the soaked rolled oats to the blender.
3.Add 2tsp soaked chia seeds
4.Top with ice cubes & blend until smooth and creamy.
5.Pour into a glass and enjoyy🌿
6.If you don’t have time to make this you can have a bowl of papaya with soaked 2tsp chia seeds too!!
