Deadlift Mistakes to AVOID | Right & Wrong Way to Deadlift
Hey, babes!
In this video, we'll be going over some common mistakes to avoid when doing deadlifts.
We'll also clarify the difference between a conventional deadlift and a romanian deadlift (RDL).
I myself have made ALL of these mistakes and am still working to improve my form even after three years of lifting. Please don't sweat it if you find yourself making any of these mistakes! The only way to get better is to recognize where we can make improvements and practice! You got this!
