I quit my job with no backup plan or money. Here's what I should have done instead.

Back in 2019, I quit my job without a new job secured. I didn't have a lot of money saved. I actually turned down job offers and I will explain why in another video. Here is what I wish I would have done before I quit that job and my tips on how to plan your exit strategy.

I completely understand what it means to work in a toxic and harmful environment. With that said, NEVER stop applying to jobs. It doesn't have to be every day, but always look out for yourself because likely, you'll be the only one doing so.
