Improve Sleep and Boost Recovery by doing THIS #shorts

Did you know that SLEEP is the MOST important thing you can do to boost recovery? Coach Ashley shares how regulating your body temperature while you sleep is critical to a good night's sleep! Being too warm while you sleep wakes you up and significantly reduces REM sleep. Higher core temperature tends to wake you up, and a link was found between body temperature and insomnia.

Sleep Tips:
*Set the thermostat or AC to a thermoneutral temperature. Temperatures much higher or lower than 64F promote wakefulness.
*Purchase cooling sheets or mattress.
*Do not exercise too close to bedtime.
