Easy and Delicious Chicken Francese recipe, voted the BEST in my house. Cooking doesn't have to be difficult, it just has to be delicious! Tips: Use thin, boneless chicken breast. If you want to omit the wine you can substitute it with chicken broth and squeeze a little extra lemon.

Chicken Francese Recipe
3 lbs. thin sliced boneless chicken breast
4 tbsp. unsalted butter
2 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 cup white cooking wine
4 eggs
Oil for frying
1/4 cup fresh parmesan cheese
juice of 1 lemon
1 bunch of parsley washed and chopped
salt and pepper to taste
2 cloves of garlic
2 cups all purpose flour
