2 large eggs
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

1 cup white wine ( alternative -1 cup chicken broth & 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar)
1 cup chicken broth /stock
2 cloves garlic
4 tbsp olive oil
3-4 tbsp butter
half fresh lemon
