Anna Kepner’s Stepbro Hit with Sex Abuse Charge in Cruise Ship Murder

Sixteen-year-old Timothy Hudson has been indicted as an adult on federal charges of first-degree murder and aggravated sexual abuse in the death of his stepsister, Anna Kepner. Authorities say the alleged assault and killing occurred aboard a Carnival Cruise in international waters in November 2025, with the medical examiner ruling her death a homicide by mechanical asphyxiation.
