A Wisconsin mom is accused of hiding nearly $900 worth of stolen Sephora items in her baby stroller, claiming she simply forgot they were there. When officers try to arrest her, the situation spirals into chaos as she resists, assaults an officer, and even grabs a taser during the struggle.
