The new generations of bluetooth microphones for action cameras has made it so much easier. The Mic Air is the Insta360 version. I paired it with my Ace Pro 2. The convenience of turn on and forget is a game changer. I have had problems with external mics for years now.

Ironically the onboard microphone with the Ace Pro 2 is pretty good "enough" and it has a built in windshield that no other action camera has. But when I was testing the Mic Air you can definitely hear that it has better audio and as a bonus can also control your camera by turning it on, taking photos and start recording.

Now I'm set up.. I need to think of something interesting to talk about LOL
