Speed Enforcement vehicle in Beccles, Suffolk, United Kingdom on 4 February 2022

Video of a mobile speed enforcement vehicle (which you can usually spot from a mile distance) in Beccles, Suffolk, United Kingdom on 4 February 2022 . Although I see these vans parked on dual carriage ways' laybys, the places where you can expect them the most are of course the sections of road with 30 mph and 40 mph speed limits, where you easily are tempted to break said speed limits, like this section of the London Road A145 in Beccles, UK. I once joined an 'enforcer' for a day and you'd be surprised how many road users simply race past, not realising they have just been 'lasered'.
Often it is evident that speeding doesn't bring you faster to your destination, as is seen in this clip. As I stick to the 30 mph speed limit, I arrive at the Peddars Lane junction just as the traffic light turns to green. A speeder would have made no progress at all. Note the VW Polo AJ09EHE (and the van in front) at that junction doing a unnecessary wide left hand turn, not knowing his/her own car's turning radius. A bit further up at the Hungate/Blyburgate junction a pedestrian lives in his/her own world.
