If you like WEIGHT LOSS CARDIO and lots of VARIETY, today’s workout is a (power) WALK in the park! Today is a heart-healthy workout that's full of my favorite things: fun, LOW IMPACT exercises; a quick-moving STEPSTOOL STYLE; and lots of WALKING!

It’s no secret that walking is one of the most valuable fitness options we have. It’s like a magic pill for maintaining FUNCTIONAL FITNESS! Not to mention a great tool for those of us who are on a WEIGHT LOSS journey.

SET UP:
Interval timer is set for 20 seconds; complete these exercises in “stepstools” of three by starting with one exercise then resting, adding a second exercise then resting, and finally completing all three before resting and moving on to the next set.

Stepstool Five:

Airplane Arm Side Taps
Rainbow Jacks

Stepstool Six:

Low Swinging Tappers

FINISHER (one interval on each side):
