A Legendary Pop Composer Passed Away / RIP Burt Bacharach / Master of Pop Songwriting

Burt Bacharach, the acclaimed composer and songwriter behind dozens of mellow pop hits from the 1950s to the 1980s, including “I’ll Never Fall in Love Again,” “Raindrops Keep Fallin’ on My Head” and “I Say a Little Prayer,” has died on February 8. He was 94. Musicians, admirers and friends paid tribute to the late performer shortly after the news broke.
